Our Residence

PEMBROKE COLLEGE:

Students at The Oxford Spring Seminar live in the storied dormitories of Pembroke College.  These accommodations are occupied by university undergraduates during the year.  Accommodations during our study abroad programs in the UK are dorm style - single or double rooms with shared facilities. Single or double rooms with private bathrooms are available at an additional cost and are subject to availability.

The location boasts its own cafe and offers direct and easy access to the entire University of Oxford. It is next door to Christ Church College, one of the many Oxford locations where Harry Potter was filmed.

It is a 10-minute walk of the Thames, where students can go jogging or engage in the great tradition of punting on the river.

Just off campus, students will find the famous Covered Market and, a local favorite, G&D’s Ice Cream Cafe.

Founded in 1624 by King James I, Pembroke boasts former Prime Minister William Pitt the Younger, American Senator J. William Fulbright, and Samuel Johnson -  author of The Dictionary of the English Language - among its alums.
