International Students
Oxbridge Academic Programs welcomes students from all over the world. Each year, students from dozens of countries join with students from the United States and Canada to create truly diverse programs in spectacular locations. In 2009, a full fifth of all our students came from outside the United States.
In recent years, we have accepted students from Argentina, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, and Uruguay in the Americas; South Africa, Kenya, and Burkina Faso in Africa; England, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey in Europe; and China, Japan, Korea, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Thailand in Asia. Students from all over the world create unforgettable community of friends each summer. Their varied interests and sense of energy and adventure are very much at the core of each program’s identity.
If you are interested in applying, please contact us in New York. There are no specific language requirements or examinations involved, and applicants do not need to demonstrate any level of English when they apply. We do ask that you can function comfortably in English each day since all classes are taught in English, apart from our language courses in French and Spanish.
If you have school materials (such as a transcript) in a language other than English, there is a good chance we’ll be able to read it – or you can provide a translation when you apply. You are also very welcome to contact our Financial Officer who can quote you fees in your local currency and provide information on payment.
You should consult our New York Office about any visa requirements and then with your local UK, French or Spanish consulate in order to obtain necessary travel documentation in good time. We are always happy to help with visa inquiries and provide documentary support where necessary.
