Since its inception, a mainstay of Oxbridge
Academic Programs has been to put students in small classes
and in front of the most lively, caring, imaginative and highly
qualified faculty we can gather. Students will have the opportunity
to study with, among others: Rhodes Scholars; Fulbright Scholars;
faculty members of Cambridge University, Oxford University,
and the Sorbonne; doctors and medical specialists at the top
of their fields, and professional writers, artists, and directors
from London and abroad.
Just as impressive as the faculty's qualifications
on paper, however, is their commitment to innovative and active
teaching both in and out of the classroom. In the tradition
of the medieval universities, most of our faculty live in
residence with the students, dine with them in Hall, and enjoy
sport and cultural events together, creating intellectual
and social bonds which are truly memorable and enduring.
In addition to the full time faculty, Oxbridge
students have unique opportunities to hear from a distinguished
array of guest speakers in small privately arranged sessions.
Perennial student favorites include two members of the House
of Lords, a member of the House of Commons, The Poet Laureate
of Great Britain, the former Undersecretary General of the
United Nations, two Booker Prize short-listed writers, internationally
renowned Historians and Art Historians, the world's foremost
expert on US and Soviet Intelligence, and a host of others.
Please feel free to peruse our faculty and
speakers from the past few years.
